MangaGamer announced last year that they will localize the PC version of Ooe, the latest project of Adelta known for Hashihime of the Old Book Town or Uuultra C.
But it turns out that now, we have a Switch port coming up this year published by dramatic create. Since the Switch port is releasing this soon, I doubt that MangaGamer is involved in the translation. It must have happen before, but it still a weird case to have two different publishers working on the same project.
What differs from the PC version is that extra stories will be added and the character Hinode will be voiced. But keep in mind that it will also be a censored version, unlike the PC version. A physical edition is also to be expected since the other localized BL VN by the same publisher,The Town of Nie, had one.

A memorial service for the second anniversary of the actress Ann Ooe’s death is being held on Ooejima, a remote island even further from Tokyo than Hachijo-jima. Tension hangs between the mourners, and it turns out that none of them have so much as seen the event’s host. But things only go from bad to worse when the ferry set to return them to the mainland never shows up… and the guests discover the servant who had been attending them murdered.
Tormented by distrust and paranoia, the mourners search for the murderer only leading to further and further tragedy. The guests must unravel the mysteries of their shared pasts and the untimely death of Ann Ooe in this classic closed circle Showa horror mystery.
