French-based development studio Toe Bean Club has announced its first project called Mirage: Miracle Quest.

In this game, you’ll play as Mirage, a young exorcist who must quickly hone her skills when dangerous creatures starts to roam in her hometown and threaten her peaceful life. She’ll not be alone in this quest, as her adventure will lead her to meet allies that will fight alongside her.

The game takes a unique spin on the turn-based RPG genre, with the addition of deck-building mechanic. You’ll also have a skill tree for each wand, craftable items and reputation quests that will help you progress faster with stronger ennemies. Befriending your allies will also be a key element has this will increase their stats in battles!

Magical girls games are still (and surprisingly) a niche combination, so it’s exciting to see this kind of project come to life!
